Our service provides comprehensive consultation and support from matching students with the best-fit universities or colleges based on their academic performance and goals, then right through the application process, interviews, consolidations of invitations, student visa issuance, preparing for their journey to South Korea, arranging part time student work in Korea and settling into your Korean adventure.
Our service is a 6 Step Tailored Process which providing comprehensive professional support to ensure that each student can successfully apply and navigate the process to secure a position at a college or university in Korea, visa, flight and settling into their new student in Korea.
First Contact and Evaluation Interview
Goal: To evaluate your eligibility.
For this step you contact us and email us:
1: Your Grade 12 or university transcript.
2: A one page CV.
3: A letter explaining your tertiary education goals.
With this information Study in Korea will then schedule a video conference call with you on WhatsApp or a Zoom call to discuss your plans and evaluate your options.
There is no charge for the Evaluation Interview.
Customized University Matching and Admission Guidance
Goal: Identify tertiary institutions in Korea that can fulfil your academic goals.
From the Evaluation Interview after ascertaining your viability as a candidate we will then be able to design a custom application strategy with potential colleges and/or universities in Korea which offer qualifications in your preferred area of study. This will be based on your academic performance, major interests, and career goals and we will recommend the best-fit colleges/universities and provide you with a thorough explanation of the application process. This step will include each institution's admission requirements, required application documents list, and important deadlines. We will provide guidance as to how to assemble and prepare the necessary documents to ensure your application meets the university’s requirements.
Fee: US$80 fee payable via EFT for Step 2.
Document Review, Essay Writing Support & Submission
Goal: To develop and refine your personalised application strategy.
In this step we will provide personalised feedback on the student’s self-introduction and study plan to ensure they align with the specific requirements of the university to maximise your opportunity to secure a selection interview. We review and provide feedback and advice on your application essay and documents, providing guidance on how to avoid common mistakes and ensure the content is impactful.
We work with you to ensure the written material reflects your strengths and match the expectations of the universities you are applying to. Once the materials are refined, we assist in finalising the documents to ensure a successful submission.
Fee: US$80 fee payable via EFT for Step 3.
Interview Preparation and Comprehensive Document Review
Goal: To prepare you for your formal interview and fine tune your documentation.
In this step we will provide coaching to prepare you for your formal interview including advice on strategies and how to prepare for unexpected, surprise, questions.. This will ensure you perform confidently & effectively in your university interview. This process includes mock interviews to help you to practice answering common questions and craft responses that reflect your strengths and suitability for the program. We will provide feedback on your interview skills, including tone, body language, and articulation, to ensure your communication delivers maximum impact. Step 4 also includes a final review of all your application documents, including academic transcripts and any necessary supplementary materials, to confirm they meet the university’s formatting requirements.
Fee: US$80 fee payable via EFT for Step 4.
Visa Application Process Support
Goal: To secure issuance of your Korean Student Visa from the Korean Embassy.
We will advise and guide you step-by-step through the visa application process, ensuring all documents are in accordance with Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs requirements. This includes detailed instructions on the formatting and preparation of the required documents to ensure swift processing and approval. We monitor the visa process and liaise with the embassy visa section to ensure the student’s visa is issued expeditiously.
Fee: US$80 fee payable via EFT for Step 5.
Departure Preparation, Flights, Guidance for Entry & Assimilation into Korean Student Life
Goal: To provide comprehensive step-by-step guidance and advice on how best to prepare and manage your move to Korea and transition into Korean student life.
This step includes advice on clothing, documentation, foreign exchange, airline bookings, medical and health check preparation advice all to ensure that you are fully prepared for your arrival into Korea so that you can transition into your studies smoothly. We will provide practical advice and guidance on life in Korea, such as health insurance, banking, phone contracts, transportation, local culture, and essential services, securing part-time employment and ensuring you adapt smoothly.
Fee: US$80 fee payable via EFT for Step 6.
Diploma, Degree, Masters or PhD
Complete your diploma, degree, Masters or PhD with the option of working part-time in Korea to finance your studies.
Return home with an International Qualification
